Built at scale, in production.

A selection of recent work, with client identities withheld under confidentiality. Each is a real platform operating in a demanding, regulated, or global-scale environment.

Global IT services & solutions provider

Quote-to-cash automation at global scale

We designed and built the platform that fully automated the quote-to-cash process for a global technology services and solutions provider — delivered as a capability available to all of its clients worldwide. This is the engagement behind much of the scale on our home page: $12B+ in annual ordering, more than 1B integration transactions, catalogs of 6B+ SKUs, across 140+ countries.

End to end means end to end. The platform integrates across ERP, CRM, inventory, and logistics, and reaches outward in both directions — into suppliers and into each client's own systems. It handles both products and services, and connects to dozens of 3PLs globally. Operating in 140+ countries means managing currency control and live FX rates sourced per geography, local VAT and tax regimes including the notoriously complex ones, and cross-border regulations, logistics, and tariffs — up to true no-touch orders carried all the way through delivery without a hand ever touching them.

Global home-furnishings retailer

Order management modernization

We led an end-to-end order management assessment and future-state design for one of the world's largest home-furnishings retailers — a program to modernize a fragmented, legacy order landscape into a unified, intelligent, and scalable platform built around a single promise: one order, one inventory, one view.

The depth of the work is the proof. We analyzed more than 150 million orders and uncovered over 14 million distinct ways the end-to-end process was actually being run. Using a structured enterprise-architecture method across business, data, integration, and technology layers, we mapped forward and reverse flows across 30+ countries, benchmarked against the leading global retailers, and defined a target architecture designed to scale order volume roughly fourfold — a roadmap leadership can execute one component at a time, without halting the business that depends on it.

Tier-1 automotive supplier

Manufacturing operations platform

We architected and are delivering a cloud-portable manufacturing operations platform for a major automotive supplier, beginning with production scheduling as the first module. The platform is designed as a kernel plus subscribable domain modules — production scheduling, demand and capacity planning, material forecasting, and quality — so the same foundation extends across the operation rather than being rebuilt for each new capability. Full IoT integration brings the plant floor into the loop.

AI is built in with discipline, not bolted on. Deterministic optimization owns the scheduling decision; ML predicts the uncertain parameters; generative AI explains and orchestrates; any agentic step runs inside hard guardrails with provable stopping conditions. The platform is multi-plant from day one, built for both shared-SaaS and isolated single-tenant topologies without rework, and — because the domain is regulated under IATF 16949 — every production decision is engineered to remain reconstructable for audit.

Global aerospace manufacturer

Spare-parts optimization

We're building a spare-parts optimization platform for full aircraft builds at a global aerospace manufacturer — one of the most demanding parts environments in the world, where a single program spans enormous part complexity and a stockout stops a line. The platform forecasts demand, optimizes inventory, and manages kanban replenishment for both kitting and line stock.

It runs on the live operational picture, not a static plan. The system integrates directly into ERP, MRP, inventory, and IoT, and factors in supplier performance and lead-times, 3PL execution, and route-mode decisions. ML forecasts demand and predicts uncertain parameters; LLM and agentic capability reason over the situation and can place replenishment orders autonomously where confidence is high, routing to a human whenever the decision warrants it. Cloud-deployed and available on web and mobile, it puts that intelligence wherever the work happens — from the planner's desk to the line.

Major energy utility

Enterprise integration platform

We designed and delivered the integration platform at the core of a major energy utility's operations — the connective layer that ties together the back-office, field, and operational systems a utility depends on. The work centered on building reliable, high-volume integration across a complex landscape of established and legacy systems, giving the organization a consistent, governed way to move data between platforms rather than a tangle of point-to-point connections. The result is an integration backbone that makes the rest of the enterprise easier to modernize, one system at a time.
